Ingredients
2/3
cup
dried elderberries
organic, if possible
2
tbsp
grated ginger
1
tsp
ground cinnamon
1/2
tsp
ground cloves
3
cups
water
1/2
cup
raw honey
Instructions
Put everything but the honey in a saucepan.
Simmer on low heat for an hour.
Remove from heat and mash.
Strain through a fine sieve.
Stir in honey.
Pour into a bottle and keep refrigerated.
Kids can take 1/2-1 tsp a day // Adults can take 1/2-1 tbsp a day. When sick, you can take 3 times a day.
