I have a suggestion : grounded raw cauliflower w/ turkey or fish Taco. Add it all together w/ taco seasoning. And use lettuce leaf , instead of tortillas. It was yummy, I made this today 😉

Thanks for the suggestion, Jo! This would be super yummy with some grilled fish! I love using lettuce instead of taco or burrito wrappers.. Romaine and collards work great!
