Ingredients
- 1 cup Spinach leaves
- 1/2 Avocado peeled and pit removed
- 1/2 banana frozen
- 1 tbsp Sprouted Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Sprouted Flax Seeds
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 1/4 cup Organic Greek yogurt

- Combine the ingredients together in a high speed blender, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
I like Organic Traditions Sprouted Chia & Flax Seed Powder (which you can just useĀ 2 tbsp of), or you can just find them separately!
