This was such an interesting quiz. Despite not being 100% sure about some of the questions, the answer was spot on and I’ll be definitely incorporating some of the tips in my lifestyle~ Looking forward to joining your 14 days challenge!

Interesting quiz! Answer is pretty spot on…but I love spicy food and I don’t know if I can give it up entirely. I don’t eat that much red meat but I do crave for it a couple of times a month. I am not sure if my body needs it or if I am just out of balance.

Glad you found it insightful, Christine! Red meat a couple of times a month is totally fine.. It would be interesting, however, to see if those times correspond with anything else your body is going through (i.e.: more stress, more sugar than normal, decrease in activity, etc.).
